The leasing office is open from 8:30-5:30, M-F. THe office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
From I-17, exit on Lake Mary Road and head east. The property is located on the North side of Lake Mary Road

The community is minutes from shopping, great restaurants, and outdoor recreation. There is a transit stop
in front of the community for easy transportation around Flagstaff.
The community features a furnished clubhouse with computers for resident use. Additionally there is a
fitness center, clothing care center, mail room, and tot lot. The community features ample parking
and controlled access buildings.
Each unit features energy efficient mini-split heating units with room controls in each bedroom and the living room.

dishwashers and washer/dryer hook-ups. Ample closet space throughout the unit, spacious balconies/patios with
additional locked storage, hard surface flooring and lots of windows will draw you in. Large kitchens make

During the initial lease-up of the property, all leases are for a 12-month term.
Pets are allowed at the community. A refundable pet deposit of $250.00 must be paid and additional pet rent
applies. Pets must be limited to 25 pounds or less with a maximum of 2 animals per household.
