Take I-17 to Camelback Road. Head east on Camelback Road and turn left on 17th Avenue. Turn right on Pasadena, and then left onto 16th Avenue. Rosewood is located at the end of 16th Avenue in a cul-de-sac.
Tucked away at the north end of 16th Avenue from Camelback, Rosewood Court II is a community for seniors 55 and older! It's just a short walk to public transportation and a short commute to dining, shopping, entertainment, the Phoenix Library, public parks and much more.
Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Rosewood Court II requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
Rosewood Court II offers a laundry room, computer room, community garden, basketball court, playground, supportive services, and a food pantry.
Each unit has GE appliances, walk-in closets, ceiling fans and some units even have a small yard, patio or balcony.
Six or twelve-month lease agreements are available for your convenience.
Looking for a pet-friendly community? Look no further as Rosewood Court II allows one pet per unit with a $250 refundable deposit, $20 per month in pet rent and an executed pet addendum. There are some weight and breed restrictions. Please see the community manager for additional details.
