Newport at the Rodeo is located on the east side of S. Nogales Highway about 1/4 mile south of Irvington Road.

 

Community Information

Newport at the Rodeo is currently accepting applications and it is expected to be ready for occupancy shortly.

Newport at the Rodeo is a brand new community located on S. Nogales Highway, just south of Irvington and just a short distance from the Tucson Rodeo Grounds.  It's within walking distance of El Rio Medical Center, bus routes and Rodeo Park.  Newport at the Rodeo is also conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping!

This community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Newport at the Rodeo requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

 

Community Amenities

Newport at the Rodeo has a large community lounge, computer area, and outdoor playground for use by our residents.  Covered parking (one space per unit) and covered outdoor spaces are also available to the residents.  The property has interior gates leading to the buildings for our resident's safety.

Apartment Amenities

Each unit at Newport at the Rodeo features a large, spacious floor plan, attractive finishes, and includes a washer, dryer, brand new appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring, ceiling fans.  In the two- and three-bedroom units, there is also a kitchen island. 

 

Leasing Terms

A minimum twelve-month lease agreement is required.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet-friendly community?  Look no further than Newport at the Rodeo where one cat or dog is permitted with an executed pet addendum, a $350 refundable pet depsoit and monthly pet rent of $15 per month.  Please see the community manager for additional details.
