Upon approval, one pet (cats or dogs only) per unit is permitted at La Posada Apartments with an executed pet addendum, $200 refundable pet deposit and pet rent of $15 per month. Pets must be 25 lbs. or under fully grown. Please see the Community Manager for further details.
