Office Hours:

Tuesday and TH 9-5.  The office is closed M, W, F and weekends.

From 1-17, exit on Camelback and head east. Colter is located North of Camelback. The property is located on the North side of Colter.

Leasing Terms

During the initial lease-up of the property, all leases are for a 12-month term. 

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed at the community. A refundable pet deposit of $250.00 must be paid and additional pet rent applies. Pets must be limited to 25 pounds or less with a maximum of 1 animal per household.
