Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Hacienda at Sunnyslope requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
Hacienda at Sunnyslope offers a clothes care center, fitness facility, swimming pool, playground, community center and covered parking.
All units come with a patio or balcony, washer/dryer hook-ups, stove, refrigerator, microwave, refrigerator and refrigerated air.
A twelve-month initial lease agreement is required.
Looking for a pet-friendly property? One cat or dog is permitted per unit upon approval with an executed pet addendum and a $250 refundable pet deposit as well as a $50 non-refundable deposit. Pet rent is $15.00 per month. All dogs must be 25 lbs. or less fully grown. Please see the community manager for additional size and breed restrictions.
