Community Information

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Casamera Apartments requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Our creatively-designed two and three-bedroom floor plans offer the comfort and convenience to suit any lifestyle. Our spacious, open floor plans come with well-appointed amenities that include an all electric kitchen, a high efficiency hot water heating system, a frost-free refrigerator, garbage disposal, and central air and heat!
