Ventana Cove Apartments is directly across from Los Lunas High School within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Ventana Cove is in the perfect location to provide affordable townhouse style living.
Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Ventana Cove requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
Both six and 12-month lease agreements are available.
Pets are allowed, based on approval as certain size and breed restrictions do apply.
A pet deposit of $300 ($250 is refundable, $50 is nonrefundable) and $15/month pet rent is required.
